Amazon’s Talent and Leader Development team was launching a quarterly event called the New Hire Fair that brings together in-person resources from across the company. It assists recently hired employees by providing a fun opportunity to network with affinity groups and learn more about company culture.


Keeping the goals of the fair in mind, this logo takes inspiration from the whimsical amusement park tickets and signage from decades past. The design was kept simple to ensure scalability across multiple mediums, including the tote bag and badge clip each attendee receives upon arrival.
