This packaging design was created during my time at Seattle University. Bonneville Brew is a hypothetical hot-rod themed brewery inspired by the wide range of cars that race on the Bonneville salt flats in Utah every year.
There are three different types of beer in this sampler pack, Streamliner Stout, Pinstripe Pilsner, and Leadsled Lager. Each label features accents and elements based on the style of hot rod listed. Since the streamliners originally were made from surplus aircraft parts, I chose to shape the center of the label like a piece of sheet metal with rivets around the edge. Leadsled Lager features a rounded and large center to echo the style of custom 1950's Mercury cars. Pinstripe Pilsner features hand-drawn type that emulates the style of painted lettering popular with hot rodders and sign painters.
